Within about a week, you'll get back your ledger, typed and totaled — every shareholder, every share, every certificate, laid out clean.

You verify every line
You and Nick go through it together, line by line. Nothing counts as the record until you've checked every entry and said so.
Not import tooling, not a self-serve upload — this is Nick doing the typing, with you checking his work before anything is called final.
