Look up a DWR structure by WDID

Colorado's Division of Water Resources gives every headgate, ditch, and reservoir a seven-digit structure identifier — a WDID. For the 301 companies with a validated structure match, a WDID URL resolves to that company's page: getditchbook.com/wdid/0500526/ lands on Highland Ditch Company. 540 structures resolve today (538 of them straight through to a single company).

For map and GIS builders

The URL is stable and templatable, so a map popup can link to the operating company without hosting a crosswalk of its own. Substitute the structure's WDID, leading zeros included:

A WDID with no published match returns nothing rather than a guess — matching is deliberately conservative, and the methods page explains the tier-1 standard a company-to-structure match has to clear before it is published. These lookup URLs carry no ranking value of their own; they exist to resolve a structure to the record.

Structures we don't redirect

2 structures are published under more than one company. A redirect would have to assert an operator the record doesn't single out, so those URLs resolve to a page naming every company involved instead of picking one: 1200504, 5700611.
